2. What services do you offer?

A full suite of real estate media services including professional interior and exterior photography, aerial drone photography and video, cinematic property videography, 3D virtual tours, and detailed floor plans. Packages are available for residential agents, FSBO homeowners, property managers, short term rental hosts, and commercial clients.

3. How do I book a shoot?

Booking is handled directly through our website. Select your package, choose your preferred date and time, and complete your booking through our secure portal. You will receive an automated confirmation via email once your appointment is secured.

4. Do you require a deposit to book?

No deposit is required. Payment is collected upon delivery of your completed Media through our secure Pay-Upon-Receipt gateway powered by Stripe. You will receive watermarked preview images before payment is processed and your full resolution files unlock instantly upon receipt of payment.

5. How long does turnaround take?

Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of your shoot date. Services including those that require 3D rendering may take up to 48 hours. You will receive an automatic notification via email the moment your order is ready for download.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is asked for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. I understand that real estate moves fast — if something comes up, reach out as early as possible and I will do my best to work with you.

7. What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?

In the event of rain, heavy wind, or severe weather we will proceed with interior photography as scheduled and reschedule exterior and drone portions within 14 days at no additional charge. I will monitor conditions closely and will contact you promptly if any portion of your shoot needs to be adjusted.

8. Can you fly a drone at any property?

All drone operations are conducted in strict compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Drone flights may be limited or restricted due to airspace proximity to airports, temporary flight restrictions, overhead obstructions, or unsafe weather conditions. If drone services cannot be performed due to FAA restrictions, you will receive a full refund or credit for that portion of your order.

9. Can I use my media on the MLS, Zillow, and social media?

Yes. Upon receipt of full payment you are granted a license to use your Media for marketing and promoting your specific listing across the MLS, real estate portals, social media, print collateral, and your professional website. Usage rights vary based on client type and booking. Full licensing terms are outlined in our Terms of Service.

10. How long do you store my media files?

All delivered media files are hosted and accessible for download for 365 days from the date of your shoot. Matterport 3D Tours are hosted for 90 days, after which additional hosting is available for a fee. Downloading and backing up all files promptly upon delivery is strongly recomended. After the applicable storage period files may be permanently removed from the servers and cannot be recovered.

11. Do I need to be present at the shoot?

Your presence is entirely your call. If you prefer to hand off the keys and focus on your day, that works seamlessly — the property will be photographed with the same level of care and attention regardless. Collaboration on site is always welcome and appreciated. Either way the job gets done right.

12. How should I prepare the property before the shoot?

The effort put into preparing a property directly reflects in the final images — and ultimately in buyer perception. A well presented space commands stronger offers and shorter days on market. For a comprehensive room by room breakdown of how to get your property camera ready, refer to our Pre-Shoot Checklist before your scheduled session.
